Remove Re: Posts from Recent Posts in Info Center

I was wondering if this was possible.

Is there someway I can completely remove the Re: posts in the Recent Posts in the Info Center? Like, have it display one recent post per thread. Like, if someone posts in a thread, then I posted in a thread, it would say in the Recent Posts box:

Re: xxxxxxxx by IDunc
Re: xxxxxxxx by Example1

Instead of that, can I like make it overwrite the first one, minus the Re: in front, like this:

I don't like to gonna search for it but I am sure you'r answer is in this forum. Not a long time ago the same problem was solved here.
