WYSIWYG on by default

How do I make it so WYSIWYG posting is on by default without making members have to go into Look & Feel?

Admin -> Themes and Layout -> Member Options

To set this for your current users:
-> Change current options for all members using this theme -> Show WYSIWYG editor on post page by default.

To set this for users who haven't registered yet
-> Configure guest and new user options for this theme -> Show WYSIWYG editor on post page by default.
