how do I install a theme I want with it's url?

You can't, you can do this with Packages, but not themes in SMF, at least not without editing it the core files.... probably a lot.

All you have to do is download the theme and then upload it using the theme manager.
Admin>Themes and Layout>From a file:>Browse

find your file and then click upload.
