i m using smf 2.0 rc3

how to know that which staff member has banned a user?

i go to moderate menu but there is nothing info about staff member that which staff has banned a user.

It should be in the moderation log - the moderation log tells you who has done what and when. Go to Moderate > Hover Over "Main" > Select "Moderation Log"

there is no "Moderation Log" in moderate menu > main

You might need to enable it... Hang on let me check.

You can see whether the moderation log is enabled in Admin -> Core Features. If it isn't, there might also be an entry in the banlog.

I highly recommend enabling Moderation, Administration and User Logs.
