problem in posts

whenevr any user posts in forums then its posts does not increases which displays in left side in profile in forums.

why posts does not increases.?....

Admin > Boards > ensure the box is ticked to count posts made in that Board.

there is no count posts made in that Board in that menu which u said.

it is Count child's posts in parent's totals

Er, try Modify Boards then a tick box should appear down the page.

but why that tick mark does not stay as default like other free softwares like mybb,phpbb etc. why we need to tick mark it manually?
