Yes it isn't much. It's a great theme with a low price but still paid

I can see some minor issues with the images where they join but knowing how difficult it is to create images in this sort of style (I have a similar minor image join issue on my WOW Premium theme) then that wouldn't bother me in the slightest  for a complex image design like this as over all its a very nice theme for the Avatar subject

Ripping a design and converting it to a theme it's quite a big job. Even when it's not his design, it's quite a nice job. Shame I think avatar is crap

Besides, taking things from one place or other is more common than you think, or never pass through your (as a designer) head "Hey, those icons look awesome! I definately going to use them in my design". And then you got the whole icon set or images or some css code?
