admin - Configuration - Current Theme - Member Options

Now click on "Change current member options for all members using this theme" for the theme you are using on your forum.

Admin --> Themes and Layout --> Member Options --> Change current options for all members using this theme (For the theme you use) --> Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic. (Change and Tick)

Doesn't that do it?

But I don't think much members like that. Each time a post is made a mail is send, and thus their mailbox gets stuffed.

If members don't like it they can disable it in their own profi;e settings :)
