SMF/aMember Cookie problem?

I recently implemented aMember's SMF2 plugin for single login for my website and forum. While testing, the single login works fine for me but not for another tester when using the same information. When he tries, he still shows up as a guest upon initial login. He can login from  that page with no problem.

Initially it sounded like the cookie for aMember and SMF 2 wasn't being passed for some reason but I don't know why it would work for me (on 3 different computers, mac and pc) but not for him?

Any ideas?

is not like we don't want to give support, but since amember is a pay software they are somehow obligate to give support  unless otherwise specified in their license.

agreed. I'm just not sure if it's something in amember or smf that i have configured wrong.
