Delete something from front page.

I installed the Guest Registration Notificiation Modification a long time ago. I went to my page and there was the red box. I uninstalled it when I got a error with my MessageIndex.template.php, which I fixed, so then I reinstalled it and now there are 2 boxes. I uninstalled it and the 2 boxs stayed! could you please attach your ./Themes/your theme/BoardIndex.template.php and your MessageIndex.template.php if your theme doesnt have one, attach the default one
