Another Wasting Space - This is really bad

Hi all!
I have noticed that all the posts in my forums have a "waste space" in the signature area.
This blank space is only appeared with members, who have signature set up, and the signature is simple (1 text line) and without an image.

Please look at the post that has, and has no signature.
I have tried to play with the signature setup, but there is no change.
It seems like there is a "wrapping" error in the signature space, and of course, I have no idea how to fix it!

Using the above style will surely result in that only, please decrease the height.

Unfortunately, if I don't change the "height" then it does not work.  If I change the "height" to, for example: height=30px, then it works with the signatures that do not have an image.
For example: I set the height=30px, then an image cannot be displayed with this height in the signature.

Just remove the width & height property , it will resize automatically.

That do it!  I have another question, even it may not related to this problem.  How/what do I change to prevent the image in signature from linking to "zooming-to-larger size".
Somehow all images in the signature are embedded with a link to view as a larger size.
