You have either messed up the permissions of the group in question, or you have made a nasty edit to Display.template.php.
So, first check the permissions. If they are okay, proceed by attaching the file I mentioned in this topic so we can look at that. I can see you've made at least one edit to that file since the 'Report' button is there.
