Post and Topic Count On Homepage And latest Post Display Style.

A Bit Worried actually 

I want my Forum home page to show statistics of all Sub forums made.

The problem is
SMF by default doesnt show the Post Count of SubBoards on the Homepage parent board. What to do to make it Show?

also, I want the latest post in the Homepage and all forumlist pages look like

For child boards being counted, go to:
Admin>Boards>Settings>Count child's posts in parent's totals>tick that>Save

For your second problem, look into the Boardindex.template.php file in your theme.

To change the time format, you will also have to edit the language file for it to get rid of the seconds part.
