Depend on what kind of RSS feed? If its from you forum for you forum then Install a Portal.

I'm assuming your using the Global Headers and Footer Mod?

You should be able to add a simple html link code like this to your footer.

Code (Add) Select
<a href="http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?type=rss;action=.xml">RSS Feeds</a>
Be sure to replace mydomain.com with your actual domain.

A Feed URL Like: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?type=rss;action=.xml

Look below... whatever page you would like to have "Live Feed" from find that Orange Icon on the site or on the browser. If it's on the browser like the one below then once you click it. It will bring you to a different page. Copy that page's URL and paste that in your RSS URL Field.

nope just the Global Headers and Footers mod and the html code to the footer

I'm not too sure how your Widget works but from the looks, you may have to create a FeedBurner. While configuring this you will have to use the RSS url of http://www.shadow-wall.com/index.php?type=rss;action=.xml

Than feedburner should generate a new URL for you, which you *should* be able to use in the screenshot you provided above.
