Who's Online and forum mods

When looking at the Who's Online page, I sometimes have people show up as "Unknown Action" instead of what they are actually doing.

Does anybody know of any way that I could (for the admins only), have it show what url that they are at when the action is unknown. I thought that there was a tip/trick that allowed for doing this in earlier versions.

I would appreciate any help in recreating this...
