Help with the site

My forum is up and running and its working great. To me. to each and every one of the guys I gave the link they get following error like the site is in maintenance mode and its not. in settings.php its on 0

Yes I've used dot.tk [nofollow] to shorten my forum but its same on both domains. here are both links and I'd like to hear is it working for any of you guys.

Just login there , there must be a button like "contact us" or "help center" just try to explore there site a bit

wait woohoo I just applied one of the themes.. and wanted to show to my neighbour.. and he can see it
