Anyone Familiar with the BATTLE mod?

When i click on BATTLE, it dont show any buddies or anyone at all. How is that supposed to work to get people to show up?

I am going to modify this and tell you that i was doing some trial and error. And i will say that you must be on the same level as others to see anyone.
Example, if person A and person B were both on lever 1, and I was on lever 2, they wouldnt show up in my battle area nor would i show up in theirs.
Oh and that battle mod has been recently updated to version .203. Thanks for the info though
