site problems for one member only

hi guys i am lost here i got this pm from a member

Having real problems with AFa lot for the last few weeks. I mainly just get to the front page of the forum and then when im trying 2 do something so do i just get a white page. Tried with logging out, clearing the cache etc. but nothing have helped. It's only AF im having problem with.

Tried 2 reply 2 ur PM but when i tried 2 send it so did i get a whitepage. Dont know if u got it or not so i sent ya another msg here. Hope that u see this and get back 2 me.

Could you ask your member to switch browsers and see if that helps?

ok i talked to the member and yes he has tried numerous browsers

Since it's only one member, could be very hard to tell. What about a firewall or anti-virus software on her computer? Could she try disabling that for a minute to see if that's the problem?

can you ask him to try using your forum from another computer.Like from some cafe etc
