fantastic smiley package problem

so i installed fantastic smiley package it sad successful but when i try to see if it work in a new post i saw nothing changed :| i mean there are the same smileys button. so how can i make so that i can use the ones installed in package?

Activate user smileys in Admin Panel and then activate the new smiley package as default.
