You'll need to tell us someting more, because http://forumnepali.com/ loads fine for me.

On what action does this happen?
When did it start happening?
Did you install any modifications prior to that point?

yeah forumnepali.com is working fine but saroj.forumnepali.com is not working this is my test forum and last night is working fine but now is't work please check saroj.forumnepali.com

If you use ftp to connect to your website, in the root there should be a folder /saroj. What are the permissions for this folder?
