Ugly scroll Bar in my forum

I have an ugly scroll bar in my forum and just cant get rid of it. I have increased the height available on the page to over 1500 pixels but it only seems to use about 600px of height and has a hideous scroll bar because of this.

Any idea where i can let the forum use the full height of the page.

You're using and iframe, which will always cause problems like those.
I'm not really clear on what software you're using for your site, but I'm certain better solutions can be thought of.
