New topic Problem! help me

When iam& my users trying to post a new topic the
Icons,Fonts,Fontzise,smile,BBcodes Not working
It takes the click but after the page automaticaly refreshing but the smiles,font,bbcodes,color are not showing

        HELP ME DEARS

Version of SMF, does it do this on the default theme, list of mods?

Do not they work when clicked or do not they show up at all?
