spell check not working

Is there something I should do differently.  My spell check worked each and every day, but today it's not working.  Did something happen?

The spell checker will only work if your host provide it.

I did work on a brand new laptop, I guess there is something I needed to do to have the spell check turned on.  Thanks at least now I know it is not in my forum.
