first of all you need to change all your site passwords you can do this by logging into your site cpanel.

Then go into your ftp and upload a fresh version of index.php

when i type www.forumnepali.com message showing its hacked but when i type www.forumnepali.com/index.php its working.

check your ftp client to see if he has added a different index page, such as index.html, index.htm

You should also change your passwords and run repair_settings.php to sort the passwords

What is repair_settings.php?

Mmm, you should just upload the large upgrade package but don't upgrade, hopefully those files will overwrite the affected files and fix those other problems.

mark thats a mod problem and is not the way to fix the initial issue ... there is a fix for that issue

Oops, my bad. I forgot to read it, what I wrote before was last resort. Anyways, just editing the template and placing the mod code in right place should fix it I believe.

i have replace new index.php but still problem is not slove please help  me i'am not expart for SMF

I get a Connection Error message when I navigate your forum. Can you tell us what version you have? If I were you I would clean up all the forum files by replacing them with fresh files from the large upgrade packgae of your version. But do not upload the upgrade.php and the other upgrade.sql files though. Then check for any other files that do not belong there in case hackers have left a back door to enter again at a later time.

If you do not already have the latest version, then please upgrade your forum. Additionally have a look at this link how to prevent your forum from being hacked.

I think it would also help if you filled a security report here

And notify your host too so they can check the logs and see how the hackers got access to your forum.

Make sure that the database details are correct.

You said you changed all of your passwords... Make sure your new database details can access the database.

For the MySQL password, you must enter the new password at the Settings.php file too. You can do so by using the tool mentioned above or manually.

I get a Connection Error message when I navigate your forum. Can you tell us what version you have? If I were you I would clean up all the forum files by replacing them with fresh files from the large upgrade packgae of your version. But do not upload the upgrade.php and the other upgrade.sql files though. Then check for any other files that do not belong there in case hackers have left a back door to enter again at a later time.

If you do not already have the latest version, then please upgrade your forum. Additionally have a look at this link how to prevent your forum from being hacked.

That comes from the ad add on. Clean up all the forum files by replacing them with fresh files from the large upgrade packgae of your version. But do not upload the upgrade.php and the other upgrade.sql files though. Then install all your add ons again.

I have tested your forum using another theme, it works then

yourforum/index.php?theme=2

If you can access your Admin Packages area, uninstall your mods, then replace display.template.php from default theme with a  fresh clean one from the SMF installer, then reinstall your mods

That, in theory should fix your problem.

Can you first clean up all your forum files as I suggested here, clean the error log and then install all your mods again and check the error log one more time and post here if they will be new errors.

I came across such error the other day here at another thread. Open up the ManageSettings.php file and look for function modifycustomtopmenu(). It has been declared twice. Removing one it will solve the error.

yes i have uninstall all mod and re install all mod now working fine evry thing but Error is genretting again and again

Paste the error here.

Even though all your mods are uninstalled, some of the effects of them appear present, your SMF files may not be clean.

Well, that error is saying something has failed to load, because you have some parts of your mod installed and not others.

If you have removed all your mods (at least intended to), I would suggest overwriting all your SMF templates and Sources files with ones from the installer, this will guarantee you have clean untouched files, you should not have to change any other files, just those in Themes and Sources directories.

Change files in the root too, but be sure to not change settings.php as changing this will mess up your database settings.

Index.php, try that 1st.
