How can I make pictures next to each other on the same line?

Hey guys, I would like to make some thumbnails on my forum home just aligned near each other.

I have tried to align a thumbnail to the left and align the other one to the right, but this was the result:- (LOOK AT THE PIC)



I would like to make them near each other with somehow space between them

If this is available in BBC or HTML, please tell me.

I do not want attachments. I want them to be between the "img" codes in a normal post.

Ok Mate I would like to add links under each picture. Is it the same process?

As pointed out Inline attachments mod will do both what your asking i use it

Out side image links like imageshack CAN slow your page down when opening

Yes, it will. afterthe closing [/img] add a [br]and then the url.
