How come when I Google search my site URL in Google or Bing etc it doesn't show up. but if I Google search another forum site theirs will.

Depends on how old your site is, how many hits it gets, meta keywords, meta description. meta keywords probably aren't that important really, especially for Google, but they can't hurt.
