i am trying to manualy install simple portal . But at my admin.php i don't seem to find :
'ManageSearchEngines', 'ManageServer', 'ManageSmileys',

Am I blind or stupid ? )  ( if you find it can you tell me what line is it ? )

Can you post the code you're supposed to find? There are several entries with this name

there is some code in the SP MOD that's not nessesairy to be changed. Isn't this one of them ?

Otherwise ask the MOD author.
