Strange members are registering

my forum is here: http://www.thinkpositive-lb.org/Forum/
i see new members every day, their email addresses look very strange e.g. [email protected]
every time i copy the website name and open it in the explorer i get the same text in the attached pic.
what is that? and how do i keep such people away?

Thanks, i reviewed all the mods, but what kind is appropriate for my situation?
I dont have any idea, i mean what kind of people/actions i want to block and protect my forum from?

Just make sure not to add to many anti spam mods, otherwise your real visitors will just get annoyed.
