Switching

I already have a domain name on netfirms and I am switching my host but they ask
1. I want to transfer my domain to Duke Hosting Solutions
2. I will update my nameservers on an existing domain.
So I wanted to know which one do I do

You can do either one. I suggest just transferring the domain though. Its easiest just to work with one company instead of multiple. Thats what I did when I switched from GoDaddy.
