I was doing something in my Post.template.php file and I messed it up by accident so I was wondering if there was a file I could find somewhere and just over right it?

Yes, you can use the Post.template.php file from either the install or upgrade package of your version of smf. But note that if you overwrite it with a fresh file, all the mod edits that have been added there, if any, will be gone though.

Next time make a backup of the file before you start editing...
eg Post.template.php~

Very good advice. Backing files before editing them should be like a second nature like backing up the database.
