regular members can't view groups

Members who are part of any "additional" groups don't appear in the member list for that group for non-admin or non-mod members.

Poking though the code there is a strange comment on line 556 of groups.php
Quote// The where on the query is interesting. Non-moderators should only see people who are in this group as primary.

Which makes me think this "feature" is intentional.  Anyone any idea of the reason why as it seems a little odd?

It's mostly intended as a hidden group. For example, this way you can add trolls to a specific group with restrictions, or just give some members access to an extra board without other members knowing.

I use this on my site. I run a general site for taxidrivers, but the people who work at my company have access to additional boards regarding my company. There's no need for the other member to know though.
