cant edit someone's profile as admin

i am the first admin, whenever i try to edit someone's profile, i get this error:

Does tot work if you disable SEO or pretty urls, or whatever it is you have installed to create SEF?

I am using pretty urls Mod and it does work when pretty urls are disabled.
now what to do?

If you can edit a profile when not using using Prettu URLs,  then the problem is most likely caused by the mod. You should ask your question in the support topic for this mod then.

in admin panel >> pretty url's >> settings

try disable pretty url for profile's.

after that try to modify the profile.
