How to add gif avatars

I try to upload a gif avatar to my forum and it ends up being still? How do i fix this please

Most likely because it is being converted from gif to bmp so only the first frame of the sequence is being captured. I believe this is a bug with 2.0

You could try Photoshop or some free on-line software to see if it will convert succesfully to jpeg.

Make sure the gif is within the size limits you have set for avatars, if the software resizes it it will break it !
