Theme images not loading

Specs:
Smf Ver: 2.0 RC3
PHP Vir: 5
Server: Apache
Server OS: Linux

Info:
PHP Info: hxxp:ismywall.com/phpinfo.php [nonactive]
Forums URL: hxxp:forums.s0urc3.ismywebsite.com [nonactive]

Problem:
All of the images will not load and when i go in and look at the source and copy and paste the url to an image i get a Forbidden error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I got a Not Found error, I checked one of the bg images in your index.css file

If your sure the images are actually their, you could try these 2 things.
These are the easiest fixes, we can rule them out 1st.


1. Check the paths using repair_settings.php, just in case.

2. CDMOD all your Directories to 755, and files to 644

What is repair_settings.php?
How do I chmod? / what is chmod?

I used repair settings that did not help.
