Quotes Broke

I don't no why but I have the following modifications installed and the quote is broke on the boards.

5. Guest Registration Notification 1.1   [ Uninstall ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ] 
6. [BBCode] Bounce 1.0   [ Uninstall ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ]

I found the problem, it's the latest version of simple portal!

I un-installed it and quotes are back!  I will report over at simple forums!
