Site Bug: E-mail Notifications not sending

Hello,

I haven't been receiving any e-mail notifications for threads that I specifically checked "Notify me of replies".  And no, the replies aren't going to my Junk Box by mistake.

This bug is only happening with the Simple Machines Community Forum, not with the one I installed on my site.
