rules on topic page?

hey all quick question if there's a mod/way to have a per topic set of rules for topics on the topic view page?

the reason i want this is that i have a few topics that have a set list of rules but the topic is many pages long and having them on the first page of the topic people just don't see them so it'd be nice to be able to set a list of rules displayed above the topic that'll show no matter what page there on

I think there is a MOD to always have the first post of a topic at top.
Maybe not realy what you want but it's an reasonable alternative I think.

just did a search and found these two:

the 'First Post on Every Page' one is a little to overkill as i don't want it for every topic on the site

and the 'Sticky First Post (extends sticky topic)' one would work but then every sticky topic will show the first post on all pages

i need something like that but with an option to turn it on and off as i only really need it for one topic

In that case you'll have to do a MOD-request or write it yourself.
