Custom Profile Field, Glitch?

SMF version: 2.0RC3

I have created the following profile field:

Name: Manages
Description: None
Profile Section: Forum Profile
Show on Registration: No
Show on Topic View: Yes
Choose Placement:  Standard with title
Show Enclosed Within Text (Optional);

Code Select Expand

Field type: Select box
Options: Arsenal (and 19 other football teams)
Privacy: Users can see this field; only admins can edit it
Active: Yes

If i then go to a users profile and assign them manager of Arsenal it displays;

"Manages: Arsenal" Which links to /index.php?page=Arsenal This is all fine, But for some reason everyone in the forum EXCEPT the user it is assigned to can see this. I want the user that manages Arsenal to be bale to see this aswell as every other users but at the moment this does not happen  . Anybody know why? And if theres a fix?
