Footer resize

I screwed up and had to put some of the site back up from a backup and, while I should have just done the whole thing form backup, I was trying to rush to get it up asap.  Now the only problem I really see is the footer, the very bottom of it stretches, while the rest of the forum is 950px wide.

Any idea of what may have went wrong?

Forgot to mention, it's only on the index page.
