Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

This is the message its written when I want to join the forum. What is the problem and how I solve it.

Thanks all!

First step - Contact your host.

It MAY be that your Settings/php file has become corrupted, but that's very, very unlikely.

Check with your host, first.

If they can't help, come back, here, and we'll see what we can figure-out, OK?

woot?!

Ok the host is OK, because the portal/page runs only forum doesn't. So what can we do now?

woot?!

Ok I'm now at forum/repair_settings.php

And this is written:

QuoteSome settings are not being shown because the MySQL connection information is incorrect.

I have also: Critical Settings ; MySQL Database Info ; Paths & URLs

What must I do now, just click "Save" or?

Kill Em All

Make sure that you are using the correct user and password information along with the right host setting, usually its set as "localhost" without the quotes.
