User Groups on Users Online at bottom of screen

On our board it shows Users Online like Admin and Super Mod color coded.  Well i created a new group called Advertisers yet it does not show up even though users that are Advertisers are online.  How to fix?

Admin>Members>Membergroups>Find Advertisers>Modify

Make sure Visibility: is set to Visible
Make sure that Color in online list: is set to an appropriate color.

If that doesn't work, try switching to the default theme if you are no already using it and see if it works there.

Thank you.  It is set to Visible and I did not have a HEX Color code in the field.  I just did that.  Thanks.
