Is there a reason this happens quite often?

Warning: require(/hermes/web03/b553/moo.runedevinfo/bot/cache/data_f7b5a0cb1bbf23df98fde67ff4931c36-SMF-modSettings.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hermes/web03/b553/moo.runedevinfo/bot/Sources/Load.php on line 2984

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/hermes/web03/b553/moo.runedevinfo/bot/cache/data_f7b5a0cb1bbf23df98fde67ff4931c36-SMF-modSettings.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php-5.2.12/lib/php') in /hermes/web03/b553/moo.runedevinfo/bot/Sources/Load.php on line 2984

If so, is there a way to help it?  It's quite annoying to have happen so much.

This is happening, like randomly?

Clear your forum cache:

Admin - Maintenance - Forum maintenance - Routine.

Then run "Empty the file cache"

Yeah.  I've tried clearing cache and what-not, and it didn't help.  Here, I'll provide an account if you'd like to check it out.

Since your getting errors, delete all the files from ./cache, except for .htaccess & index.php.

This is to make sure your cache is actually cleared.

Attach load.php so we can see where this error is coming from.

I've done that as well, but I'll do it again right now, and here's the load file.

The error is on line 2984.

require($cachedir '/data_' $key '.php');

Seems their could be problems with your cache,

How are you caching settings?
Is your cache directory writable? (chmod 775) check to see permissions are set to that.

I'm not familar with this error, the above may not solve the issue, but it may help.

Changed from 755 --> 775, but this won't make much of a difference really, will it?  Anyways, thanks for trying to help, hopefully someone that's more familiar with the problem notices it.

If you realy want to get rid of this, just disable the forum cache.

I did, but hopefully that don't cause the site to go slow.

chmod 775 was a typo lol, I meant to say 755, which it was already on.

So, if you disable the cache, its fine?
What level of caching are you using? 1, 2... ?

I was using level 2 because when it was using level 1 it seemed to be laggy, then when I tried level 2 it got much faster.  I'm not sure if that was a coincidence or not, but the boards don't seem to be going too slow right now.  I'll let ya know if the errors continue.
