Find and Replace

Hi everybody !!!!
I was wondering if there is a way to find and replace/search and replace a specific word or phrase that exist in posts.
And to be more specific i want to replace [hide_me] and [/hide_me] with [hide] and  [/hide].

Did you try the censored words option within SMF ?

It works !!!! I didn't think that you can do that indirectly throw censored words option.
