Moving users

Hi, can anyone tell me if it's possible (and if so how) to move more than one member of my forum at once to a new user group please?

I have just looked at my members list and there are 14 members already, I want to move 10 of these to another group but don't fancy doing 1 at a time due to the fact by this time next week I'll have well over 100 members signed up
