Guest can not enter into my topics without login but.........

How i will do the Guest can see the titles in Homepage (index page) but they did not enter into the topics without register. Please help me ASAP.

There is a MOD for it but I don't know the name so have a look at yourself.

Yup, it is the mod named "look but no read" and it is working just fine. I have installed in  on my customers' forum.

That's a very good mod but remember also to disable the 'View the most recent posts on the forum' setting in you admin section.
