does any one know how to get the repair_setting file to run in cpanel ?

i can upload it in my cpanel but there is no option to run it

im a cpanel noob  my other hosting dont use cpanel

Use the filemanager from cPanel and upload the file to your forumlocation. After you've uploaded it, point your browser at it, like this:
http://www.yourdomain.com/forum/repair_settings.php
