hi! what does it means? i didn't edit anything on my forum for 2 days, but now there is an error, it happened at night when i was slepping.. plz help me..

There is a problem with the cache files.

Admin - Maintenance - Forum Maintenance - Routine, then run the most bottom action to clear the forum cache.

I'm also thinking about a problem with discrepance between UTF-8 and ISO files.

i understand that the problem with cache files, but how can i solve this problem without possibility to enter the forum?.. plz look hxxp:forum.myphoneblog.ru [nonactive]

Connect with ftp to your site and delete all files, except index.php and .htaccess from the /forum/cache directory.
