SEF and SEO

Hi,
I´m using SMF 2.0 RC3 and I have few questions related with SEF and SEO:

• URLs - I need to have a friendly URL. Is possible to include the topic subjet in the url?
• Title metadata - I noticed that currently the title metadata is the topic title. Is possible to add the path to that topic? Ex. forum 1 - category 1 - topic title
• Advance SEF Urls - I´m using this mod and I got /index.php/. . . in the URL. When I try to remove index.php from the URL the forum doesn´t work. How can I fix that?

For 1 & 3 I think you can ask at the support thread for the mod.
For 2, there is mod for that. Search the mod site.
