suddenly Internal Server Error

Hello,

I started a SMF forum ~3 months ago and the community of the forum is now very big. (+1100 members)
But suddenly since 3th august nobody can connect to the forum anymore.
It says: "Internal Server Error 500".....

I looked in my PhpMyAdmin MySQL database and found that the table "smf_log_errors" is in use and cant be opened ... i dont know why....

WhenI click on "structure" of that table, following  error comes  "the table is marked as defect and should be repaired"

So is that the reason of the Internal Server Error when I try to reach my forum, or some what else?
And what can i do now?

You where already in PHPMyAdmin, why didn't you click the repair_table link for that specific table ?

Yes, i solved the problem.
I replaced the damaged "smf_log_errors" with a new one from an another smf forum that i have.
