Thank you for very quick response but the Buto.tv [nofollow] isn't working for me after the upgrade. I have checked the new option in settings.

Apologies - I have got it to work by using the link http://play.buto.tv/Vmxtx [nofollow] instead of http://embed.buto.tv/Vmxtx [nofollow]

The embed type link is what you get when you click the share link on a buto.tv [nofollow] video, so it was the logical thing to use but I can live with the play version working.

Yes you will need to use play.buto.tv/Vmxtx
embed I thought about that might cause issues because the embed code contains the exact same url so it could cause a loop.

Seems to work fine. Just resizing doesnt work in mobile. 
This with different themes.

I find that this doesn't work when you want to start the video at a specific time. Is that normal?

That is normal at the moment for youtube. If you take out that parameter it will embed.

A lot of youtube videos are adding stuff to the sharing url (or at the url in the browser, that people uses to copy it)
Like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?x-yt-cl=84503534&x-yt-ts=1421914688&v=0vS-Mn6v7ek#t=439

It would be possible to add some grep stuff to it, to "clean" it out to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vS-Mn6v7ek when posts are saved?

That would avoid a lot of hours editing posts worldwide, lol

The actual video is showing in their sigs? If so, you could install a spoiler tag such as this one and make them put the video in that:

Another option would be to turn if off by disabling via code. I have added a flag that you can call before the parse function and turn it back on after it.
