I copied the embed code and pasted it in notepad so I could see the track number and then plugged the numbers onto the end of http://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/

For example, the embed code for that track was:

<iframe width="100%" height="166" scrolling="no" frameborder="no" src="https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https%3A//api.soundcloud.com/tracks/216846955&color=ff5500"></iframe>

You can get the embed code by clicking the share button and then the embed button.

The track number is 216846955.

There's probably an easier way but that's how I did it.
